Return Policy

Unlimited Vessels Publishing Inc.

We believe that all companies should post their return policies in writing and have them available to all potential customers prior to that customer making any purchase. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Product Purchases

All purchases (except software) are refundable based upon return of all material received in resalable condition less shipping and handling (if applicable). If live training has been attended within the 60-day period this refund policy becomes null and void. Most systems do not contain software and are refundable.

Training Events

You may attend the purchased Training Event within one (1) full year from the date ordered and return as often as you wish for one (1) year after attending my first Training Event. You are also entitled to bring one of the following: spouse, child or parent at no additional cost and may add a third or fourth of the above mentioned guests for an additional $500 each per event attended. Partners must pay full price and can bring the above mentioned guests. Attending this training is a very important part of your learning process and you should make every effort to do so as soon as possible.

Unlimited Vessels Publishing (UVP) has a 30-day money back guarantee and you may return your purchase for any reason and request and receive a prompt and courteous refund for the entire amount paid (less shipping and handling) upon receipt by UVP of all training materials via traceable means and in resalable condition within 30 days of purchase. You have one full year from this date to attend the Training Event, but if you do not attend, you are not entitled to a refund or any other consideration. If you register for the Training Event and find that you cannot attend, you may call UVP and transfer to another Training Event or receive a credit toward another Training Event offered by UVP with no penalty or cost on your part. Attending the Training Event does not constitute grounds for a refund and none will be issued.

Software

Please be aware that there is no refund policy on software purchases.

All Sales Are Final, although you may return the software UNOPENED for a credit prior to the end of an event where it is purchased. Most systems do not contain software and are refundable.

Additional Terms & Conditions

You authorize Unlimited Vessels Publishing to use your success story in future publications. You acknowledge that Unlimited Vessels Publishing does not function as your estate broker, personal accountant, attorney or financial advisor. If you have a tax or legal question, you are advised to seek the advice of an accountant, attorney, financial advisor or real estate broker. Unlimited Vessels Publishing is not responsible for your actions and you agree to release Unlimited Vessels Publishing and any of its staff, employees, officers or affiliates from liability for any of your actions or comments influenced by the information contained in products and services received. From this day forward, you assume full responsibility of your personal, physical, emotional and financial well-being.

You understand you will receive confidential information that may not be shared with anyone outside your family or partnership. You will not reproduce these copyrighted materials, nor lend, rent, or sell them to anyone to remain in compliance with the federal and state copyright and trademark laws.
